The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the central location was calm and tranquil.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel was great and amazing. Our triple room was equipped with climate control, a safe box and multi-channel television. We appreciated the view of garden. Our stay was very very good and we will be returning here soon👌❤😀

the room was neat and gorgeous, plus the bed was extremely comfy. location: the hotel was really close to the centre, and the garden. it also was in the middle of jackson.

Spacious and beautiful room with all the amenities we needed - AC, a safe, and a TV with plenty of channels. The hot tub in the bathroom was a nice touch for some relaxing time 😌. The location was convenient, close to the city.

The staff were very nice, affable, did all they can for a really good stay.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were fairly friendly. There were a safe box, an electronic key card, and television with satellite channels in the room, enjoyed that. The restaurant was nice, perfect food. I think the hotel was absolutely amazing and exceptionally friendly, would come here again.

Our recent family trip to a hotel in northern Thailand exceeded our expectations. the hotel's location is wonderful, as it is located in the middle of lush gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee outside while admiring the local wildlife. the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were friendly and extremely helpful in making our stay enjoyable. They provided us with detailed information about the area and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. the breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of tasty dishes to choose from.

Although the hotel was a bit far from the city, it provided a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

We couldn't be happier with our romantic escape, especially with the delicious breakfast and free shuttle bus which saved us some money. the location provided us with some beautiful scenery and a peaceful ambience for our getaway. the cherry on top was the extra surprise we got in our room that really set the mood for our trip.

the shuttle bus timings were less than ideal, forcing us to spend a lot of money on transportation.
